The Method Six programme has a total of 18 exercises, which have been divided into 6 routines which can be followed by both video and illustration. The full programme will provide a weekly training plan where you will train for at least 10 minutes per day, six-days a week, having one day of rest. The key to this plan is consistency so although 10 minutes doesn’t sound a lot when thinking about one session, it's more the fact that you have to complete the training six-days a week. Each week the exercises will change and develop to push you harder. By the time your in the final two weeks you will be working out for 46 minutes per day and will feel fantastic!
